Brief introduction

   Traditional Chinese Medicine focuses on Chinese medicine from an international perspective, and uses modern science to interpret the principles of it. 

In the short film series, we visit institutions such as the Artemisinin Research Center of Tu Youyou’s team, consultation rooms and wards of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals, modern Chinese medicinal herb farms, museums of traditional Chinese medicine, botanical gardens and so forth. 

We invite professional scientific researchers to explain on-site and use advanced scientific instruments to help the audience to develop an in-depth understanding of Chinese medicine theories. 

Each episode of the series focuses on one topic, connecting the historical evolution and contemporary inheritance of Chinese medicine with vivid and fascinating stories, reflecting the profound cultural heritage and scientific value of Chinese medicine.
